Haven't played the game, but I think she's unlockable (only the first three, Elsword, Rena, and Aisha, are initially playable). At least that's what I think.

well meanwhile there is Raven, a guy with a tragic past (betrayal of his friend, then his girlfriend tried to rescue him and died trying, he himself lost his left arm wich got replaced by a mech arm) <<< in short
