XD I need to look like this for halloween this year. Going with make up this year. Had a mask last year, and I run around and scare people..masks are a bad idea for that XD Unfortunately I can't do my own make up, so my sister is doing it, but she's never done anything crazy XD I think she could manage something like this, other than the teeth. She's not much of an artist. I am, but I can't do it myself.
Any tips?

Awesome! I would say keep it simple, don't be too concerned with details. Study the muscles in the face and the skull. If you can, use a brush for line variation.
