forAiden and Jun Kim hanging out!
For once, I drafted the colors on a computer that doesn't have a messed up display. So everything here is intentional. I hope.
Haven't done much background work in a while, so this was fun (okay and hard, cuz like always I started off sketching the scene with color blocks instead of lineart and it ALMOST turned into a lineless piece which woulda been horrible lolol). I have a lotta things in this I loved doing, namely the clouds and Aiden's lighting. I was gonna put other stuff on the table, but I honestly forgot LOL! whoops

I love this.
I know I've already said most of this already, but I'm gonna reiterate it so you won't forget how much I love it.
First: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
Secondly, Aiden and Jun Kim's poses fit them so well, and their clothes do too!!! I especially like Jun's sweatshirt. I'd like say that I love the reflections in the window. The earth looks so. Pretty. I love how the colored lineart makes it look like their skin is doing that glowy thing, like when you hold your hand up to a bright light and it turns red.
Next, I wanna take a moment to appreciate the unsung stars in this piece: the chairs. They are perfect, and I love the detail on them so much! I have so much trouble when it comes to drawing chairs to look like the characters are sitting on them, or in a perspective that matches the rest of the picture and doesn't make it look like they're magical floating chairs. I also love how Jun and Aiden's feet are on the base of the table, that just seems so natural!
Overall, this picture is really cozy and I just love it so much, thank you, thank you, thank you, this is so much better than anything I could've imagined!
