That's it! I knew I recognized that breed. They are so pretty and I hear they are very sweet cats.

Yes, they are sweet, loving, and playful. Master BK is my second one. I lost a straight eared one to FIP. The courage, kindness, and loving personality my Dylan displayed during his illness and treatments impressed me more than I can say. He never ran, never hid, was never out of sorts, always took his medication bravely, and was always loving, kind and playful to the degree his illness allowed. I knew then Scottish Folds were the cats for me. Dylan and I had instantly bonded at first sight. I was devastated when he was diagnosed with FIP a month later. However, for such a young kitten, a mere 5 months old, to show such bravery and courage despite such a rigorous treatment regime truly impressed me with the breed.

Whenever one of us are sitting on the Rocking Chair. She gives one of us a wierd look. She thinks everything in our house is hers.

Actually, he isn't fat at all. He's a cobby bodied cat which are more heavily built with bigger bone and more muscles rather than the oriental skinny slinky body but his ribs can easily be felt. His vet thinks he a tad light but I don't worry about it since he's free fed. Yes, that is one of the 2 chairs he loves. The other is the rocking chair he's underneath in Relaxin'. I will let the Master know you think he's cute. Thank you.

Do we have any doubts as to who thinks he owns that chair? That chair and the cushioned rocking chair are his and he will try to beat you to it if you try to sit in one of them provided he sees you.

I have a sign in my living room that says "if you want the best seat in the room, move the cat"!!! Possum, my oldest cat, has a bad habit of waiting for one of us to get up out of our chairs, and as soon as we leave the room, she jumps in the chair.
