Ohhhhh, there is much to like about it! Even if the noose is tied off to the elbows and not directly to the ankles, there is enough tension on the arms to put enough tension on the noose!

Well I guess I didn't draw it clear enough. The rope is supposed to be going from her neck, under the elbow tie and directly to her feet. Usually when the rope is tied to something I draw a little "cinch" to it (does that make sense?). If the rope was tied to the elbows, I would have drawn it a little higher and added the cinch. I guess it's hard to convey that. But like you said either way is still good.
