i think this is great
the blurry feel is great
just because alot of other digital art pieces on DA are crisp and clean does not mean it is the only way to do it
when i first saw this i thought it was done with traditional mediums
even better that it was done digitally (^^,)
you should not think this is poor quality
it is not
it is amazing quality
in my opinion you should do more like this
i think you have some real talent and nothing is wrong with being a little different (^^,)

I agree that not everything should be done just one way... there's always room for creativity and different styles, etc.
My main gripe with it being blur is that I didn't plan for it to turn out this way. I should be able to control how and when I do things, not be a slave to my limitations

ha! fuckin awesome. street fighter 3 is by far the king of fighting games. i'd say the piece needs more contrast and, as you said, some sharper edges here and there. it's looking a little too photoshoppy right now, if that means anything to you. stil, your forms are nice, and the drawing is pretty good. i'm not sure exactly, but be careful of the scale here. I want ryu to be either shorter or way taller. still, overall nice piece.
