Inspired a little by Puncher and Baldur, from the Galaxy's Edge series, featured in "Madame Guillotine" from their Contracts and Terminations lineup. Also inspired by some ODST K9 unit of some kind by Isaac Hannaford, if I'm remembering correctly.

As for the random inclusion of understanding Arabic commands into the lore, some of the buildings I have in the scenery at other angles have signs written in Arabic, so it came as an afterthought that it wouldn't be uncommon for some inner or outer colonies to by primarily Arabic, and to have either Middle Easter detachments of UNSC forces or a richly cultural population comprising the local militia garrisons.

But I call him Finley, and Finley is a good boy.
