I know, I really like the European box art, and for Mega Man 2, as well!
I seriously think we've nothing to worry about with Mega Man. Look at Batman! Until the 80s, he was considered one of the campest heroes around, and wasn't taken seriously. And now we have the Chris Nolan Dark Knight Trilogy!
