I cannot actually write a critique-- not an "official one" anyway.
The only thing I can point out is that her foot looks a little squished in there. It could be the angle that the toes are drawn at, they kind of look like they are pointing down instead of at us (I am assuming that the foot is flat though)

I tried to make it look like she was kind of on her tiptoes or like she was tiptoeing toward the viewer. So thats why her toes are at a different angle than her foot.

I have a hard time with feet too (especially toes and all the weird angles they can go at. Stupid knuckle-less fingers connected to leg hands.) I also tend to draw people with finger-toes because that is what I have.
It isn't fail. I think if the angle is adjusted on the toes more to be forward appearing the tip-toe effect would work great. (Unless you mean like a dancer's tip-toe, in which case if you make the foot a little longer that would work)
