Lovely and feisty Mira Olivier Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist. I have allways found those skyblue army uniforms a bit odd, so I turned to my trusty friend, Finnish army´s surplus store and found just the perfect kind of wool for this. It´s frigging hot at the summertime, but for a character who stays in freezing borderline, it suit just fine! Like usual, I studied what kind of markings this kind of officer should have and modified old shoulderboards to match manga´s world.Pic by Kangaskasa
