An old bit of fan art I did about four years ago I think. I'm a big fan of SGVY and so want it to get the royal anime treatment. The poses I grabbed from the comic and threw some shading on. Looking at it now, it seems a little too busy. I remember trying to cram 4 or 5 ideas into the space for one and having to resort to playing with the opacity of some of the BG elements in order to get them to fit. If I were to do it again today, I'd probably do much less on the BG and figure out a better weapon for Chiaki to have instead of just a wooden pole!
