The legging is quite obviously not part of the drawing. Although it looks nice at first glance, overall I don't think this picture shows a great deal of anatomical knowledge or knowledge of colour and lighting for that matter.. It seems to me as if you simply eyedropped the photograph for colours and painted on top of the leggings as a base :/. The face needs a lot of work and you really need to get rid of some of those brush strokes.
Overall, it's a good practice piece and I'm sure you tried, but I'm not very much impressed, by the cheating (the legging) least of all.

Hi! this was my first drawing with my new tablet. i've really appreciated your comment to my draw! you're right, indeed the picture that I did, as it may please many, the first to turn up your nose is really me!

However, try not to cheat 
If you're only interested in touching up photos, there's not much I could suggest. Perhaps carefully study the colours of the skin and study how hair works and be really careful in how much you're editing and most of all, removing. Sometimes a colour tone may look out of place, so you'll edit it out, while it's really an important part of the picture which you shouldn't lose. Edit too much, and the photograph will become lifeless, and you don't want that
