A big head and unproportional body parts is typically used well in things like these. It, along with eyes, shows a sense of youngness and adorableness.

I love this. I really like how you put that design on her hat and dress. I just think you could have put more contrast in her hair.
Question: Do you know what a grayscale is? They help with getting contrast and shading accurate. I didn't use the word "correct" because I think your shading is great, but "correct isn't the right word, because it's already correct. It's just not very contrasting. (Is contrasic even a word? Lol.)
Great job on it btw!
Is it digital?
Sincerely,
iamanimegirl12

Yeh, it's digital. Thanks for everything! I don't know exactly what a greyscale is, but I'll do some research. >.<

I undertale what you're saying, although it wasn't my intention for it to look real. It's more like... Unnatural? Thaks for the tip, though :3

Hello from ! Just had to comment on this, I'm a huge chibi fan.
So a couple of things I notice that could really help your chibis out overall.
Chibis are tough to align the "anatomy" especially when it comes to the head and neck.
But with digital art the select tool is your friend. When you're doing a 3/4 view the neck should
be below biggest (foremost) eye, but from around the middle of the eye, to the inside of the eye.
This'll help it look like there's a "chin" and that the back of the head doesn't bulge too far out.
Next, depending on your chibi style, torso's (I sketch them bean shaped) are usually anywhere
from 1/2 to 3/4 the size of your chibi's head. Then the limbs are matched to the size of the
body. You got the limbs all a good size! Larger bodies and thicker limb chibis are my style to.
For "super chibis" the limbs go from thick to very thin and hands and feet are very small.
Only other issue i see is her left hand (her right;our left). Thumb should be on the top,
or if she's holding the bottom of her wand, it would be around the back, but it makes more
sense with the wand's shape that she hold it around the hilt, so thumb on top. Yup!
congrats on joining the "Why, Hands!? Why!?" Struggle Bus. Don't worry you'll be off it
before you know it!
Good things: That coloring!!
I love the spirals of the galaxies in her outfit! And those eyes are big and beautiful.
One trick I learned so Chibi eyes don't blend into their skin-tones though, is to add an
"eyelash" that goes down following the line of the white. It gives just a little extra shape
to the eyes.
Other great thing is the shape of the clothing in general. The folds and wrinkles are
well placed, especially along the hat
Keep up the great work! It's always tough getting used to a new art program, but
you'll get there! Cya later!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that you took time to not only say that's good, but to point things I have to practice more. I'll try to fix it next time I do a chibi, so thank you!!! =^-^=
