In spite of the number of characters whom I draw with visible midriffs, I've never quite understood the appeal. I'm sure there's some kind of biological reason behind why people would find them attractive, but I don't. The only reason I have those characters showing off their midriffs is because they're inspired by other characters who do, such as Ulala.I thought I'd draw Izzy mocking Tempo over her midriff. Izzy feels like Tempo wears less revealing clothing to compensate for Tempo's lack of talent in anything. All she can do is show off her body and hope people like her for that. Tempo's retort is that she feels her body is better than Izzy's and she's proud to show it off, unlike Izzy.
