One of the things I've seen him do is redraw screenshots in his style. I really like the way he was able to reimagine those scenes with his artistic ability. I thought, for the last Saturday in May, it would be fun to do the same thing. So welcome to Screenshot Saturday!
To start of Screenshot Saturday, I went with a screenshot of my favorite childhood cartoons, Ed Edd n Eddy. I've referenced it a few times, but I've only ever drawn fanart of it once, based on when Plank and Jonny...switch heads! While Ed's my favorite character in the show, Jonny would be a close second. I like his goofy, carefree personality. I also find he's got some really funny lines and I tend to like episodes where he's a main character, such as the one where the Eds try to find a new friend for him.
I was watching some clips from the show on YouTube, and I thought this still would make for a really fun drawing to make. It's from the scene where Jonny took Kevin's bike and crashed it. It just sums up Jonny's character to me; he's free-spirited, he can bounce back from anything that happens to him, and he'll find a way to have fun doing so.
