A new OC I have been working on for a little while now. He's still not done yet - I'm a little nit-picky about his face. It's too baby-faced to be 17 ;-; anyway, all I have to say is that he's going to be friends with Attila...and, he's from Traverse Town (the reason why the background is the Land of Departure is because I accidentally deleted some of my stages when I made this, so I had to make do with what I had xD) Now all I need to do is finish his outfit...Kleiger by
