I don't normally do critiques, but if this had offered them, I would have given one.  Instead you get a lengthy comment.  lol

I absolutely love everything about this piece.  You offer great contrast and color, giving it a dreamy look.  The way you have drawn Jirachi looking sleepy keeps the serenity and tranquility of this piece intact beautifully.  This Jirachi looks like it could have been original artwork, but is actually better and completely different because of the color choice and what light you make it seem like is there.  The background looks very realistic.  It is this contrast of Jirachi and the realistic background that makes Jirachi the focal point.  I also absolutely adore the concept of this piece.  Since Jirachi is the wish granting Pokémon, and therefore makes your dreams come true, a nighttime background with the full moon and shooting stars is just absolutely perfect.

*snaps out of critique mode* Why does writing a critique always do that to me? That is my formal writing at its best.  lol I would seriously give you 5 stars for every category.
