Ok, first of all. I like the sketchy lines, i think it kind of gives her a feeling of movement. I would recommend tough, playing with the thickness of the lines, i think the lineart of the arms looks thicker than that of the hair and face, and it distracts me a bit.

I really love the use of textures on this for the background e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h… " width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart" /> It gives it more depth and looks really good (especially the sky, i love it when the sky has different colors and not just one) I think you could experiment with some other textures or layer styles for her clothes tough.

I know how you feel about hands and you know i don't like them either e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g… " width="17" height="15" alt="" title="Giggle" /> But you have to practice doing them at least for this kind of scene where the hands should probably be seen. I'm not sure but i think the left arm (right arm for her) looks a bit odd. It's the position i think. But i like how the elbows are kind of redish.

I really like the simplicity of this- the bold, sometimes sketchy, black lines, and the strong, bright colours! Even with such simple colouring, you manage to make the eyes look lovely! The little dashes of white add so much light to her gaze, sparkling and full of life.

Even though we cannot see the lower half of her body or her hands and lower arms, we can obviously tell that she is dancing, or else, inviting us to dance. I like her simple clothing, and the way the rich blue fabric contrasts against the gorgeous, fiery sky- and I LOVE the way the sky is not just flat gradient, it seems to be slightly textured somehow.
There are just a few little things that I'd like to tweak, perhaps thinner, more ladylike eyebrows, or another look at her left arm, which seems to thin out quite abruptly?
