TF2 loadouts that are by far the closest you can get to a Santa-like loadout. Heavy and Soldier's are pretty much complete!
Poor Sniper and Scout... they lack beard-related miscs. I have seen some for the Sniper, though!
I used the Komrade's Kringles as a skin for the Heavy's Weight Room Warmer... please vote it up on Steam Workshop to help it get into this year's Smissmas Event!

EDIT: Valve and their lazy asses didn't confirm the Komrade's Kringles. This Smissmas is a total disappointment.

Also, The Five-Month Shadow has no alpha mask implemented, resulting the paint being darker than normal. The contributor has uploaded a fix to the Steam Workshop, but it hasn't been implemented into the game yet.
