Remember how I did this for my inner princesses last year? Well, now it's the outer girls turn!

Now we have the gamer/humorous member of the Outer GGC girls (also Alex/Sailor Love/Princess Astraea's "twin"), Serena/Sailor Disco/Princess Terpsichore of Merriland

Sailor Disco - Serena's first/basic senshi form. She wears a fuku with her main color turquoise (choker, collar, center of front bow, elbow fittings of gloves, skirt, earrings and boots), while her secondary color, mint-green, are for her front and back bows. Her tiara gem is turquoise, her earrings are drop earrings, her senshi collar has 1 white stripe, and shoes are turquoise ankle-high lace-up boots. Like Alex/Sailor Love and Minako/Sailor Venus, Serena maintains her signature lime-green Sailor Venus bow in her hair in senshi (and princess) form. Although she wears a bow in her princess form, it's styled differently compared to her senshi and civilian forms.

Super Sailor Disco - Serena's second senshi form. Her fuku remains the same, with a few exceptions: her choker now has a yellow star attached to it, the center of her front bow changed to a turquoise heart from a circle, her shoulder pads now has the bottom of them translucent, and her back waist bow lengthened and grew bigger.

Eternal Sailor Disco - Serena's third (and final!) senshi form. Her fuku now includes a V-shaped choker (with the yellow star remaining on the choker from her last form), the center of her front bow changed to a turquoise 5-pointed star from a heart, shoulder pads were large pastel light teal puffs with two patches of turquoise fabric attached to the bottom of the puffs, gloves became longer, reaching to her upper arms, belt consisted of two ribbons of turquoise and pastel light teal each, with the turquoise one expanding 2 thin long back ribbons while clipped together with a gold 5-pointed star, back bow color changed to the back bow she wore in her first/basic senshi form (with the exception of the bow changing colors to pastel light teal, instead of mint-green from the first/basic form), she wears a 2-layered skirt with the top layer being turquoise and the bottom being pastel light teal, no longer wears her turquoise ankle-high lace-up boots and now wears knee-length white boots with a turquoise V-shaped border with a gold 5-pointed star at the top of each boot, her earrings remained the same from first & second senshi forms, and her tiara gem changes to a turquoise heart.

Princess Terpsichore of Merriland - This is Serena in her previous life. She is known as Terpsichore, Crown Princess of Merriland, which is one of the biggest countries on Solis. Unlike her reincarnated self, Terpsichore was very serious and distant of her duties as an outer guardian, though she did have a humorous side at rare occasions. Like the other 3 outer guardians, Terpsichore was forbidden to leave her home country and planet, and because of that, neither of the 4 outer senshi were allowed to visit Princess Amethyst (Mary/Sailor Rose, in her previous life), yet even meet her, despite knowing who she is, etc. As for love interests, Terpsichore never had a lover, unlike her reincarnated self, Serena, whom met Fredrick "Freddy" Sullivan in Season 4. Although they had a rough start (due to Freddy's immature and brash nature, and Serena always getting annoyed with him; she shared this with Tammy and Eric, except Eric was more shy and clumsy, in contrast to Freddy), they did work things out for the better as time went on, when both Freddy and Serena realize that their behaviors towards each other were toxic, then they later married and had 3 children with together.

As for my choice of voice actors for Serena, she would be voiced by Candi Milo (who played Irma Lair in the W.I.T.C.H. TV series), Yukari Tamura (who played Hilda in the Japanese dub of Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons), and Raffaella Castelli (who played Chimera in the Italian dub of Winx Club).
