Okay... I don't get scared easily. But god dang Slenderman freaks me the heck out 0_0!!!I know he's not real... but sheesh! Some of those pictures are really eerie.
Something about a tall skinny tree thing with branches on it scares me
So I drew my own version of him, just for fun. I gave him spidery mossy like hair to make him more tree like, and... yeah some dutch Amish people. SAVE THE CHILDREN, OH GAAAWD!!!!
And I drew this on a stormy windy night... which didn't help AT ALL, especially when there's a huge, dark, thick forest just outside your window and tree branches scratching at the glass

Love the creepy atmosphere of the picture, as well as your design of the Slenderman himself.

I love the original folklore for Slenderman sooooo much! Marble Hornets is okay, but nowhere near as stylishly creepy and classy as the original story.

Yuppers! It's quite fantastic. It changes a bit depending on who's telling it, but it goes something like this:
The Slender man is only ever seen by children, and only appears when a child or multiple children disappear. His appearance is the same as it is Marble Hornets (formal wear, no face, etc.). If children see him, then they're not supposed to think about him because if they do that draws him to them. He has his signature extendable limbs for snatching up people, and no one knows what he does with his captives.
I know there's more, but it escapes me at the moment. Like I said, it varies depending who tells the story, but that's the basic info.
