Description
So I got a cheap cosplay off cosplaymagic.net and decided to wear it to the NorCal Gathering this past weekend and it turned out looking amazing from what I've been told. I met so many new people and it was awesome hanging out with the older ones I had made. Reconnecting with others as well. I sure do hope everyone who went had as much fun as I did!--

Actually, I don't 'have' to make my own cosplay. You can buy it if you don't have any sewing skills. Cosplay isn't about making it yourself, it's about having fun as who you're dressed up as. But that's my own opinion

Just know that i too have a friend who facing the same problem with her everyday and i hate people hurting her feeling just because she isn't what sociaty called beauty. Sure, comment is welcome but the first rule is don't hurt anyone feeling.

I completely agree. Comments can be comments and I have already pointed out to this person that their comment does not bother me but instead makes me try harder on what I do.

Everybody have their own insecurity about themselves, mostly about how we look cause we live in a society where "beauty" is set by model and media. The funny thing is model is actually the one feel the most insecurity.
Don't let it get to you.

They really do. I also have made a video about bullies and people who can't seem to be nice because someone isn't 'skinny' enough or 'pretty' enough for cosplay. It seems to have gotten around quite a lot as well.

well it's not necessary that the costume is bad but its more of the your *cough* body shape and weight problem *cough* but i know that can't be solved easily. just know that i am merely pointing at the problem and Not insulting your weight personally, also it is only my opinion.

You can think whatever you please. I can Cosplay whoever I want, regardless of my size and weight. I'll keep your comment because it doesn't bother me, instead it's given me more motivation to continue with my cosplaying.
And you also do not know my story. I've been losing plenty of weight for years. So before you comment about someone's size, just remember that they're probably trying to fix it already.

It just could've been reworded better is all. For me going up to you like, "Your art makes me laugh" that sounds like an insult, doesn't it? If I were to go up to you and say, "Hey the eyes in your picture are a little too close in my opinion. Spreading them apart may make it look a bit better.
