I tried my best to make her elegant, and keep the Victorian spirit with her. I think I did a good job making her elegant and beautiful.

I lOVE Victorian fashion, idk if she would've had a 'corseted' waist or not, but all the silhouettes from the period were all in corsets w small waists, so I tried to give her the silhouette of the era uwu.

I believe she would. I tried to make it look like she did, but I can fix that. Small waists were the peak of fashion back then, like the Chinese with small feet. And you made her look like she time traveled from that era to now. Your picture of her is absolutely stunning.

Small waists and huge bell shaped skirts in order to make the waists appear even smaller. Fashion was literally crazy, I could jabber on about fashion all day but yeh, I tried to make her accurate uwu.

You are studying costume construction, so it provides a great resource when designing characters from this time period! First hand resources, much better than Google sometimes.
I wanted to make her like she had time traveled. I mean, she IS magic, but not magic in time travel magic. I'll explain her magic in Ashes if you wish.

I'd love to know about her magic, yea! ; w ; But yeah hehe, I'm a costume enthusiast, hence why Smudger and Duke's paint jobs have changed, mixing in with the 1880's and 1870's.

Okay, so she still makes gold dust, and she uses it to travel around to different railways. Like Shining Time and Hiro's old railway as examples. She can travel with one person/engine with her when she travels. It takes a gust of wind to scatter the leftover gold dust, and if an engine/person touches the gold dust, they have the ability to travel like Lady does, but just once. And like in the Magic Railroad, she needs Sudric coal to do this.
They look stunning, and it's good to change designs, it can often be for the better.

Yes, just like in the film! She also has a whistle that can help with her travelling. Just like the film with Mr. Conductor and Junior.
