It's Leonardo battling Dark Clone Leo -or- Sh'O Leo (since Sh'Okanabo created him).
The Luthion Crystal Mine is a place where O'Neil Tech gets a great deal of its raw materials for the technology it produces. After hearing reports of a disturbance in the mines, Cody and the turtles investigate only to discover they've walked into an ambush set up by Darius Dunn. Darius abducts Cody, leaving the turtles to battle their Dark clones; he doesn't get far though, because his ship is ensnared in black webs. The webbing is produced by the giant white Luthion Spiders, arachnids big enough to take down even the Sh'O turtles. Soon the Dark Clones and their Originals discover the only way they'll survive is to work together!

In short, their beaks look the way they do because I want to be different and not draw like everyone else. I mean, why shouldn't turtles have beaks?
