After being dropped off back at the entrance at the Grand Master Hotel, Sparkling decided to escort Red Velvet and Chiffon back towards the hotel room just in case Angel was still following them.

It felt so wrong to leave Angel by themself, but his gut told him that he made the right decision from not drinking the soda they offered to Red Velvet. It was probably out of instinct for them to flee.

Red Velvet silently looked up at the numbers on the elevator as it slowly went up. Sparkling gently turned his head to face him, "Are you okay Red Velvet?"

The cake-beast cookie meekly shook his head, looking down at Chiffon who's whimpering was very worrisome for him, "S-Sorry Sparkling... I guess I had too much on my mind from earlier."

The blonde bartender held his cake-beast hand, rubbing it in a comforting manner with a small smile, "Earlier during lunch, when I had to excuse myself to talk with Herb, I told him about your given situation."

"Really...?", Red Velvet slowly perked his head up with timid tears, "Wh-What did he say...?"

"He's just as distraught as I was yesterday night when you told me. Herb is equally if not more understanding as me, and he said that he'll tell Dark Choco and Cherry Blossom about it later or so."

Red Velvet smiled, feeling reassured through the words of the blonde bartender, "Th-Thank you Sparkling. Thanks to you, I feel like I'm starting to become more free with you by my side."

This scene takes place sometime both before and after Sparkling, Red Velvet, and Chiffon enter the elevator as seen here: 🎀
