it says: 'la ilaha illallah muhammad rasulallah'
translate: there is no God but Allah and Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allah
it's written in Arabic Calligraphy which is art of writing...it is quite hard to read it and they look more like designs if you don't know Arabic...i do know a little so can read it
