^______^ I really like this picture. It's yet another one of my D&D chars.
Fear my horrible writing skills:
T’aria was born in a small village built around a temple of Mielikki and surrounded by a large forest. The people of the village lived peacefully with the forest and its inhabitants by taking only what they needed and giving back whatever they could. When T’aria was still small, a demon rose up and destroyed the forest and everything in it. T’aria and the other village people did their best to stop the ensuing fires, but ultimately to no avail. Some of the town and forest creatures survived by hiding in caves and other protected places around the area, but much of everything was demolished. Scorning her half-elf heritage for not being able save her beloved home, T’aria ran away from the village. Soon afterwards, while the village and forest animals recuperated and began rebuilding (while searching for the missing half-elf girl), a wandering Druid who had heard of the destruction found T’aria hidden away in a cavern. The druid taught T’aria that her outward appearance was not really her “self” but her soul within, and that the strength of that soul could change her form to whatever she wished it to be. Thus T’aria began her life as a druid. She learned the ways of nature and began finding new shapes for herself in order to protect the environments she loved from any harm that might come to them.
Eate was from a tribe of Deinonychus that lived in said forest, every half -elf from T'aria's tribe that reached the age of 15 was given a deinonychus guardian ^.^ Eate his T'aria's best friend in the entire world.

T'aria is a Shifter Druid (a D&D prc that lets druids give up spells for more wild shapes quicker), so she can change into a hell of a lot of creatures. She serves Meilikki (a druid diety that let's it's worshippers wear metal armor) However it's worshippers are supposed to have it's symbol emblazened on their armor...T'aria doesnt exactly have much...space for that ;E So I made her scythe into a huge Meilikki symbol ^_____^
