Hi guys. I'm back. Kinda. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Sooooo you'll be happy to hear school's out in a week and and two days for me! Well, maybe you won't as much as I am. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA But still, that means I will have more time to spend on dA! Yay! Did I just sound like a n00b with no life? HAHAHAHAHA
I still have to take exams in the first days of June, but whatever. I have roughly two weeks off, and I will enjoy them. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Anyways. I had this idea in mind for a while, and since it went pretty well with the 'Light' theme, I decided to use it for the 100 theme challenge I started a while ago. What? You're supposed to take inspiration from the themes, and not the other way around? Pfff who cares... HAHAHAHAHAHA And this was a major challenge because it includes:
Perspective. FUCKING. PERSPECTIVE. Which I have not drawn since... ehm... freshman year art class. Yeah.
Light (duh. HAHAHAHAHA). Especially light/shadow contrasts. Which I have never done because I always draw frontal light, idk why. because it's easier
Wide areas waiting to be colored.
Buildings and whatnot. If those cube thingies can be called buildings, that is.

So this is why it took me forever to finish this pic. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA And actually, I don't think it looks that bad! I had a lot of fun working on the light/shadow contrasts, how the different colors reflect off other objects and create different effects, and all of that. I think the color looks pretty good

And then, uhm, the perspective... It probably sucks. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA But guess what, I don't give a care! I absolutely love this picture and had a lot of fun working on it. It was hard, but it was worth it!

Not much to say about the girl. She is definitely the focus of the picture, but the picture is not about her - it's about the lights. Get me? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I think I want to draw a few more pics in this kind of setting. It looks pretty interesting.

Ah, by the way. I hadn't heard the song by Demi Lovato when I started this, but I found it a while after, and I thought the music and lyrics went pretty well with this pic. So I went through the rest of the work listening to it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
