I imagine her to be an early bird, responsible and extremely hardworking (masipag). She is hyperactive during the morning, much to the other gods' dismay.
Though her powers, like Apolaki, are sun-based as well. Hers provide warmth and healing while Apolaki's bring death and destruction.
The orange color of her outfit shows her controlled handling of the sun's powers, whereas Apolaki is consumed by it hence the stark crimson shade of his outfit.
