What we have here is a strong portrayal of Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura. The color scheme is all kinds of brilliant mixing a bright pink outfit with the deep reaches of space. Honestly the picture is so well done that it makes it hard to critique the piece without pulling out a magnifying glass. There are a few things I can say however.
Most of the critique I can give has to do with the texturing techniques used in the piece. The angel feather of Sakura's wings do not have the depth to them that Sakura herself has. The blur effects used for the Clow Cards are in good taste but something about the blurry wings that take up a large portion of the image's right side doesn't sit too well with me though. 3D effects are seemingly a very difficult thing to work with, but I can imagine the wings of this piece potentially able to stand out much more than it currently does. The only critique left I can give is that I cannot quite picture what Sakura's expression is trying to convey.
With that being said, your sense of lighting and shading are great enough to make up for the rest of the piece. The streaks, the motions, the position is all highly dynamic and impacting. You can imagine with this approach that she is fighting a fierce opponent, and her eyes look the part for sure.. it just seems like her expression should be something more of a frown of someone who must save the world with all of her strength.
