I really love all thoses little effects you've put on this picture,like the little hovering snowflakes;It really adds to the...innocent look of Miku in this art,how she looks as if she wants to gives you a hug! >w<
Also,the snowdrop lights are nicely incorporated,because in Snow Miku 2015's design,she holds a vine of snowdrop in the shape of an upside-down Treble Clef.I also like how you've made some look like they're further back. The details on the snowdrop leaves at the bottom is nicely done too.
In addition to all of the other good points,I love the twinkling stars in the background.It complements the blue of Miku's eyes and accessories and the turquoise of her hair.
As for the technique,I find that you have done an absolutley astonishing job on this! The highlights of the hair melt naturally from her hair colour into lighter shades.And all the shadows and highlights are in the right places,and I mention this because I've seen people who have done amazing work,yet messed up the shadows,so it doesn't look as good as it could.
I don't think there is anything bad at all with this piece of art,and nothing to complain about,because in my eyes,this is absolute perfection. I think that you,my friend, should be really proud of yourself,not just for this artwork,but for your others too! All your work is neat,beautifully drawn and brilliantly brought to life with colours and effects.

I love the colour sheme you used, the fresh green perfectly fits to the dark blue of the sky and the turquoise of her hair.

I really like how it looks like she is coming out of the little vine thing. Like she is bringing cheer or christmas snow out from her little world.
I also like how the snow falls within the vine hole only, and the only thing out of the vine hole thing is her. its soo creativee.
Her expression is sharing i love it.
And I really really appreciate and admire the lighting job done on this. It's just fantastic.
