You made the eyes smaller so the nose went too far down I think. If you had just pushed the nose up a bit more the face would have read much better.
That said it's rather eyecatching. Dig the headpiece.

Your undoubtable talented. There isn't a flaw that i can speak of. I do love the lotus like flower on her head it glimmer beautifully and the bells around her hair, not exactly creative, but i never tire of seeing them.
