Fluttershy: “Oh...Applebloom, be careful where you’re walking, we shouldn’t hurt the humans.”

Applebloom watched Fluttershy slowly try and move further into the city, her hooves landing only where she saw no humans she could accidentally step on. The filly rolled her eyes at Fluttershy’s attempts to avoid the tiny bugs that were scurrying around in their hive. Applebloom began to follow after the butter colored mare, although she didn’t walk with nearly the same care as her older companion.

Her hooves came down casually, the tinies in front of her vanishing as they were targeted by her hoofsteps, their bodies spattering into infinitesimal red specks that she wouldn’t notice even if she cared to. Every step repeating the process, Ending more of their microscopic lives.

*Thump* *Squish*
*Thump* *Crunch*
*Thump* *Splat*

Applebloom: “Why, t’aint like these bugs matter that much. Ah don’t get why ya insist on trying to keep them alive”

Fluttershy: “Applebloom...they aren’t bugs they’re...EEEEEEP!”

Fluttershy shrieked as she looked back at Applebloom, seeing the filly’s hooves come down on a small group of little black specks. Applebloom was confused by Flutter’s sudden outburst, she lifted her hoof back into the air, shooting Fluttershy a raised eyebrow. Fluttershy looked at the small bloody mess that was left over from the tinies Applebloom had uncaringly stomped into the ground, her mouth agape.

Fluttershy: “Applebloom! Have you just been walking over them!”

Applebloom: “Umm...yes? I don’t get why you’re so shocked, i’m sure y’all have seen ponies step on bugs before. I don’t see what’s so different this time.”

Applebloom continued to stare at the mare, before looking down at the hoof Fluttershy had been keeping eye contact with. The underside of the hoof was covered almost completely in miniscule tiny dots, some just being gathered blood from groups of several humans, and some being flattened bodies that stuck to her hoof as she had continued on her way. It was hard to make them out given how small they were, but the larger concentrations of humans were still barely visible. The filly’s confused expression was replaced with a sly smirk as she looked back up.

Applebloom: “Come on now Fluttershy, you shouldn’t really worry about them. I mean, some other pony is just as likely to come along and do this…”

Applebloom moved her hoof over a nearby group of fleeing specks, the tiny humans looking up as her shadow overcame them, most screamed out for mercy, only for their prayers to fall upon deaf ears.

Fluttershy: “No wait, don’t do th…”

Fluttershy took a step forward to try and stop Applebloom from crushing the tinies, only to be stopped by a squishing sensation. She was afraid to look down as she knew what the most likely cause was. When she finally decided to look down she lifted her hoof slightly, catching a glimpse of the bloody smear left over from a small group of micros she had unintentionally walked on.

Fluttershy: “Oh no! I’m so sorry little guys, I...I didn’t know you were there. I…”

*Clop!*

Flutters looked back up as she remembered why she took her step in the first place, her eyes met Applebloom’s smug grin as she saw the filly’s hoof grinding in place, left and right, left and right, the tinies that were previously begging for their lives now no doubt turned into goo as she heard the hoof scrape across the ground.

Applebloom: “See Fluttershy, they’re just bugs. They weren’t even smart enough to get out of the way.”

The mare couldn’t believe what had just happened, she had just killed the poor little tinies under her. Their remains were stuck to her hoof; a reminder of her mistake.

Fluttershy: “Applebloom...I...I th-think we should go now.”

Applebloom: “Nah, Miss Fluttershy. I think we should just take a break for the time being. It was a pretty long walk to get here”

Applebloom continued to look at Fluttershy, her half-smile never changing as she enjoyed teasing the mare, she glanced briefly behind her, seeing a few groups of little mites standing behind her, she locked her eyes back on Fluttershy, raised her tail, and began to lower herself onto the buildings and people behind her. Slowly, her backside taking up the entirety of the skyline for the little microbes. She get lowering closer and closer to the ground, the tiny humans letting out what to the filly was nothing more than the faint squeaks of ants. Her rear was close enough for them to touch, as Applebloom put one hoof on a nearby building to help keep herself in the air just a moment longer.

Fluttershy continued to watch as Applebloom got ready to take a seat on the city below her, scared to move in case she repeated the same unfortunate event as before. Applebloom got closer to the ground, Fluttershy closed her eyes, not wanting to watch.

*Thud*

Applebloom dropped all her weight onto her seat, light crunching noises coming from the buildings now under her. The two ponies couldn’t make out the squishing noises of the humans as they were compacted under hundreds of tons of filly, but Applebloom could definitely feel them, however faint. Their now squashed forms making little sticky spots that were speckled across her plot. The humans point of view was far more loud and terrifying however, as the rear came down, the ones caught underneath only very quickly felt the agonizing weight start to bear down on them, before they were turned into flat corpses that stuck to the unrelenting wall of flesh, the sounds of their bodies being squashed into scarlet was audible to anyone who was fortunate enough to escape their death.

Applebloom wiggled into her seat, crushing a few more nearby tinies and continued to watch Fluttershy; who couldn’t do anything but hold her mouth agape as she watched Applebloom cruelly kill off the tiny humans. She knew she was going to have to find a way to get out of the city that didn’t end up with more dead tinies. She looked around, only to realize, EVERY path out of the city was filled with micros who wanted to see just what the two ponies intended to do with them.

Fluttershy was still eager to leave however, and looked at the path that was least populated. The massive mare closed her eyes and tried to speak as clearly as possible.

Fluttershy: “Al-alright little guys, I’m gonna walk this way, I’m going to move slowly, so all of you can get out of the way...if that’s Ok with you”

Fluttershy kept her eyes closed and began to walk in her chosen direction, hoping the humans would clear a path so she, and hopefully Applebloom, could leave without hurting any more little people. She slowly lifted one hoof and took her first step.

*Squish*

The mare briefly stopped breathing as she felt a group of tinies crumple underhoof. She knew she couldn’t stop now; she took another step. More squishing sensations, more tinies reduced to crimson puddles. This continued on and on, more humans who couldn’t escape her stride getting crushed. She didn’t like stepping on them, but the squishing was small enough that she knew she wasn’t killing too many of the tinies. She kept walking until…*SQUUUUUUUIIISHHHHH!*

She had stomped down on a particularly large group of humans, opening her eyes she looked down and realized exactly what she had stepped on. Her hoof was right in front of a building, the tinies had been fleeing down the road, but she had unwittingly trapped them between her hoof and the building. She jumped back when she saw the trickles of scarlet dripping out from under her hoof.

She stumbled backward, her rear hooves came down on the few tinies who had managed to avoid being crunched by her initial walk, ending their streak of good luck. Eventually, she tripped over one of the smaller brick structures. A massive yellow flutter butt filled the sky of the tinies behind her.

*Crunch*

Her destructive plot was far larger than her filly counterpart, the all encompassing cheeks dropped down with the force of an atomic bomb, buildings were flattened down into nothing, and the tinies didn’t stand a chance against the pegasi’s weight, one moment they were there, the next they were obliterated under the firm round rear of the clumsy pony, leaving small red stains behind. She stood back up, only seeing tiny smears both on the ground, and dancing across her plot.

Fluttershy: “OH MY! I’M SO SORRY!”

Applebloom watched as Fluttershy desperately tried to apologize to the small sticky puddles underneath her. She chuckled as the mare’s frantic movements caused her hooves to crush even more of the little bugs under her hooves.
