WOW this looks really nice
i like the design on her very much.
now the only thing i really wanna say is the hand.. A good tip for hands is to think of the pose then take a photo of your hand in that pose. or you can buy a mirror and use your left hand for posing and draw it backwards.
also when it comes to cat sonic OC's its not nessicary to have all the whiskers on her face. infact, most sonic Oc's have no whiskers what so ever, I would say either lessen the amount or just get rid of then entirely.

Lovin' the new style! Alright, here's the real Critique.
I must say that the originality is better than the older Sarah. The paws are really well drawn. But the hand isn't too good, but don't worry. Lots of people, including me, have trouble drawing hands.
Now the look doesn't look to much like Rouge. I like the idea. Now though, what program do you use? I am wondering. The shading looks MS like. But It does stand out. It would look better with a background. Overall, nice drawing! I bid you good luck in the future! Again, nice drawing!!

Well, I kept seeing so many adaptations of her and this look seemed to be the most consistent in your gallery.
Sorry my assumptions were wrong.
The things about these kinds of pictures is that I don't get a good grasp as to how her personality, powers and role in the universe mashes up next to the Canon characters. Red and Black and Grey are pretty much the stample colours of any "bad" or "neutral" character in most universes, just as White, Blue, Pink and Purple seem to be the staple colours of "good" characters.
While your character's colour scheme is more agreeable to the eyes than her original one it seems that at least her shading can use some adaptation. You can use the traditional black, red and grey, but with the right colours in the right places I think she could really be her own character.

Shes nothing special, shes not a hero or a villain (but if i had to pick it would be a villain) and shes just another unoriginal sonic char, i have had original pics of her by making it anthro/furry like but i prefer her newer look. Also i have not really made her newest look but it will come in time.

well the reason this got recolored because it's a png you should save it as a jpg
