Role: Destroyer/Conqueror of planet Stephice.

A king in stride and stature, Plutark desires to subjugate his world, that he may bring the disorganized settlements into the light of efficient order, and cultivate a striving spirit in his citizens.

Plutark doesn't care how many people he must kill to fulfill his vision, nor does he spare a thought of how his ideals are unnecessary for the already stable, if small forms of government.

The time phoenix Eon elected a savior to combat Plutark, but hero and phoenix alike were slain. Disaster was averted through two parts. One was Eon's contingency plan, which altered the universe to create the Rebirth Phenomenon, which allows new phoenixes to rise and elect new saviors. The second part required sabotaging Plutark's bedchamber, so that the king would be thrown ahead through time.

Time and again, new saviors and phoenixes rise, with the goal to defeat Plutark once and for all. Each time that Plutark's bed chamber reenters the world, each savior instead chooses to reinstate the trap and fling Plutark further ahead in time.

Marshall is determined to actually fulfill his dream goal, but Plutark's combat prowess is truly legendary, and his support is virtually invincible; Marshall may not be able to prevail.
