She twists and turns and manipulates other peoples OCs into either cute bunnies and ducks... or into monsters beyond imagination. So, here is a doctor of Mutations. She herself was mutated and attempted to hide it with stitches. But when she is enraged, those stitches open up to reveal her mutation...
