(Wagging tails and this blinking could have been better but I lost overview in this layer chaos o.o)

It would be fine with me - but I'm afraid you have to ask (owner of the white wolf) and (owner of the grey wolf) for permission first.
From my side it would not be a problem, but please ask them first as the characters belong to them.

Ich mein hast du ein spezielles programm dafür? - Würd mir nämlich gern ein eigenes gif von meinem Wolf-chara erstellen!

Das geht ganz einfach. Kennst du das Programm GIMP? Zeichenprogramm, benutzen einige Zeichner, weil es kostenlos ist ^^
Wenn du das Programm kennst: Gifs erstellen ist ganz einfach.
Stell dir das so vor:
Jede einzelne Ebene ist ein Einzelbild, im Endeffekt.
Du musst es dann nur als GIF und Animation abspeichern, sobald du es als Bild.gif speicherst, fragt GIMP dich auch, ob es eine Animation oder ein unbewegtes Bild sein soll.
Ein Tipp meinerseits: Ebenen duplizieren für das, was sich nicht bewegen soll, dann ruckelt es nicht so ^^'
