That's a good photomanip. I think you could improve it a bit by pressing ctrl(opt)-L and playing with the levels on your picture so that they match the lighting of the room.

I tried that, actually. It is soooo hard with pictures of me because I am so extraordinarily pale. I could get my clothes to match the background better, my skin was way off and odd looking, and if my skin matches the background then my clothes look way off. So I tried to find a happy medium between the two.
Seriously, I have met albinos that I am paler than. I am the palest person I have ever seen in my life. And before anyone has the chance to tell me to, I go outside all the time, I'm just genetically incapable of tanning. I'm considerably paler than the Ben Nye makeup color "Pale Vampire" I know, WTF, right?

lol, funny. Have you tried just selecting any area where your skin shows and leveling that separately from your clothes? Also, if looks like you may be too pale you can select, say, your face, for example, and colorize it using the color picker or by going into the menus and finding the variations mode (I'm not exactly sure where it is at the moment, in the program). You can also use the burn tool set at 30% exposure just to lightly go over areas that need darkening so that you can level that selection properly.
