Aw maaaan that's rough ;_; I don't have depression, but I have dysthymia, also known as neurotic depression, it's a mood disorder consisting of chronic depression, with less severe but longer lasting symptoms than major depressive disorder. Basically a constant depressive state, and back when I had to take birth control pills to help my cycle it increased that state into a more major depressive disorder. But I'm off those now, but the dysthymia still sucks and I do get tempted every so often to self-harm but I mostly ignore it, it's really hard to ignore though. ;_;
In short, I understand what you're goin' through and it sucks major ballz.
