Description As I promised - it's time for Elsa! I swear, making her dress was a torture! I was about to give up everything but somehow I finished it I hope the final result is not so bad I hope you will like it!

And well, the whole process is just a lot of layers and a lot of patience But if you are interested in more detailed steps, I have a tutorial for Rapunzel drawing here: Rapunzel tutorial . My Elsa was done the same way, with the same technique so you can take a look

It depends what you mean by hand? Because it was drawn by hand, but with computer software and graphic tablet

And about PaintToolSAI - everything depends on what kind of effect you want to achieve. Generally if you upload some additional brushes and textures to it, SAI gives a lot of abilities to add different effects to the painting, which is great (at least for me ). But if you want effects like different layers modes, color changes etc. it's not so amazing SAI gives only few options like that, so in such cases I use GIMP

But as far as I'm concerned, Photoshop is the best for paintings and drawing effects. It gives you all the abilities I mentioned above and even more, but I know that not all of people use it... And I am one of them  

So... That's how it is, I hope I helped you!
