Do you know there exists people who ships Rosalina with Waluigi? Not that I have a problem with that, but considering that I ship my Mario OC Haru with Rosie, I think it would make a good rivalry between him and Waluigi.
Basically, think of the rivalry between Mickey Mouse and Mortimer Mouse all because they want to get into Minnie Mouse's pants. Heck, I'd argue that Waluigi and Mortimer has similarities with one another. I mean, they're both lean and they're both devious.
