The battery is to show the scale of the figure, since everyone knows how big a battery is. Though I like your explanation better. I might use that from here on out lol.

Scale. Helps to understand the size of the figure, as most people know how big a double-A battery is.

I'm glad that you liked them. I carve a stick figure out of plastic, pose it as I wish and then sculpt everything else. Extra muscles, face, hair, clothes. The weapons, wings and vehicles are made out of mylar.
