....Dont shoot me for jumping on the bandwagon.This had to be one of the most emotional parts of Deathly Hallows part 2. I lost it when Snape reached Lily's dead body and he just cradled her.
..
On a side note. The fact that Lily chose actor version James over Snape. I will never know. Book wise yes, movie wise, WTF SNAPE IS SO MUCH MORE CUTER!!! just saying
Experimenting with colors, and watercolor brushes. I wanted to take a sad scene and make it colorful.

I LOVE Snape so very much I like SnapexLily but I also LOVE JamesxLily so.. I cried so hard when Snape died I bawled and everybody was staring at me in the movie theater.. they have no feelings.. I also cried even harder when he said "Harry look at me." because the last thing he wanted to see was Lily's eyes!!!! But *sniff* fantastic work!

The Prince's Tale makes me sad too! 😭😫😖! Not because Lily fell for James, but because they stopped being friends! Even if Lily never got romantically involved with him, she should have tried harder to keep him from the DE path! He didn't do anything truly unforgivable at that point in time!
I know what you mean about Snily and Jily! ❤️💕❤️! I also ship both pairings even though I don't like reading about either. Too much bashing of James if it's a Snily fic, and the reverse if it's Jily. Art, thankfully, is different. I can favourite both Jily and Snily works becuase art isn't just about the context of the story; it's mainly about how appealing it is to the eye!

I never understand why Lily chose James in the books too because I never feel that I knew James, no even a little, I really think that was a flaw of Rowling, but that just my opinion. Anyway, I really like your art, it is very cute and sad, and this scene in the film makes justice of the book.

... I actually cheated and decided to look up the scene online (because I had seen so many GIFs/screenshots on tumblr), and despite the poor quality and the Russian dub with English subtitles, I just fell apart. I can only imagine how badly I'm going to crumble when I see this after the story has been built up, with better quality video/audio, and hearing everything in English, especially Alan Rickman's voice.
