Nora is a Direct Decendant of West-Allen family, As with Jennifer, Nora has a history with her Husband, when She and Rev were in High School She beat him in a race. After that the two started dating, and still were when the Meteor hit dousing Nora in Chemicals, and giving her, access to the Speed Force. Even now she is still faster then her husband, With whom she gave birth to their Son.
