i guess you could say this is gabe's dream x-men group. gambit's mine so back off
from the top... storm in white, gambit in brown leather because he's too cool for a team uniform, nightcrawler in red, cyclops in grey, jean grey in green, rogue in yellow, shadowcat in blue and ofr course wolverine in orange.

Gabe was a very good friend of mine who passed away , we'd do a lot of brain storming and comic ideas together but he was a fantastic artist and didn't have (and wouldn't keep up with) his own DA gallery so I lumped him in with my crappy stuff since I thought his art should get more exposure.

LOVE the artwork. Everyone looks so neat. Like the fact that you gave Storm a white outfit, makes me think of the animated series. I like how foreign nightcrawler looks even through his blue fuzzies. by the way, Is the girl in blue Kitty?

I am hugely, hugely impressed by this picture. Mainly with the faces - they are all so very them. They're gorgeous, all of them, and you obviously have a style that is yours, but unlike some artists you've managed to not make each person (mostly taking about the females here, as that is where the problem often seems to lie) look like a different person from everyone else, rather than the same person coloured in differently.
Rogue is my favourite in this, but that is partly because she is Rogue. It's all fantastic.

Awesome! I love the fact they have different colours for each of them. And I agree, Jean looks great in this, as does Remy. But then Remy always looks great period. Put him in a bin-liner and he'd look as great as if he were wearing Gucci. Pretty good team too. Of course you'd have to have good ol' Scott, Jean and Wolverine in there. Oh yeah, and Storm. In fact, all of them, dammit.
Nice colouring too, only thing I would add is a bit of colour in the background, otherwise, great work
