What a unique character ;o;
I really like this design. The color scheme work really well together, especially on this type of outfit.
The outfit is also really sweet <3. I like its simplicity, but the little details, e.g. the stars on her collars and sleeve tips.. They're perfect additions.
Her boots are so gorgeous too!
Wicked awesome lineart as well~ Very smooth.

My, your flat colors are dark. >_< *squints*
Personally, I use light flat colors and use darker tones to shade, but that's just me. It could just be my monitor, too. xD

yea darks xD and depends on monitor too I know they can look totally black lol
D: I guess I use "highlights"... my base is always the darker xD
