Description
Another piece that I did for my wedding. My husband and I are a pair for weebs, and my husband was amused by Neco Arc covers of random songs, so I thought it would be fun to use Neco Arc on our wedding welcome sign.

We have a pair of cats which I used as inspiration for the colours. One of our cats is a ginger cat with olive green eyes, and the other is a white cat with one yellow eye and one blue eye.

This is also the first time I actually learned to use vectors for the line art, and oh my god what a game changer! In the past I either used the polygonal lasso tool and repeatedly clicked to draw the lines, or used a tablet pen freehand while undoing often because of my shaky hands. Many years back I tried to learn how to use vectors in Photoshop, but I couldn't quite figure it out. Now that I know how to use vectors for line art, I'm excited to try it out on more art.
