The CEO, as featured briefly at the end of The Insidious Plot and mentioned throughout the last Chapter stairs through a window at his unfinished suit, eagerly awaiting its construction.
The first Big Cheese created, he thus has an outdated suit, hence the dark colour (the lack of pinstripes is because I can't draw straight lines for shit).
Unlike the original VP, CFO and CJ, he is not going to build and train a replacement, instead his memories and consciousness will be transfered into the new suit upon completed construction.
This put hims into conflict with the other Cog Bosses as they feel he is "power hungry" and don't trust him.
