I've always wanted to get a picture of when it was glowing, and now, thanks to EBK, I finally got a shot! This was taken while me and ~ninja0jesus were waiting our turn for the Masquerade, since it was dark outside he pulled me over and snapped a few. Thankyou EBK!
What is it? El Wire. It's like the stuff they used for Tron, but wire instead of sheets. It's rather cheap, but it's the battery converters that are expensive. I had mine hidden in my jacket.

Quick question, if you don't mind, might you know where I can get something like a mini speaker or stereo of some sort. There is a creature I want to cosplay but it makes the most bizarre sound and I want to be able to have something with me where I can press a button and it makes that sound, but I want it to be hidden. Any ideas?

Radio shack has components like that I think. Even if they don't, there are a number of online stores that sell component electronics (those are the keywords to search by, btw: "electronic component, audio")

I'd suggest the audio section of an electronics or auto shop. >.> They have tiny speakers like that. As for hiding it, I'll leave that to you.
