Ah, this time we have the end of the dock in the image 
But that aside, the composition is working well, the curve of the beach and the dock lead my eye and contrast nicely against this perfectly straight horizon. And now that sky is just lovely...
One thing that I noticed is that at the bottom of the frame there seems to be something rather bright in the sand, and it looks really weird, distracting from the image. That's something I'd try to avoid when framing a shot, or that you might want to clone out
But all in all, I very much like this

Oh wow you have an eye for details. I never notice half of the things you point out to me. This picture was actually taken before the other one, so I can't necessarily say that I'm improving. I could have sworn I edited that little spot out though. It must be regenerating
